Face Shields (PET only)

Our brand new face shield design utilises 0.4mm PET plastic only (without the perspex frame), which results in a lighter shield while still offering maximum protection against airborne viruses.
The added advantage of this new design is that the shield has an adjustable strap (also PET), which makes it suitable for both adults and children. The children's shield has a slightly shorter front piece. PET has higher tensile strength and low moisture absorption. It also has superior UV resistance, good optical clarity and has a relative high melting point, which makes it suitable for applications that require sterilisation at high temperatures. - Kindly note that prices for all our products will differ for individual and bulk orders. -

These laser-cut face shields are 2-piece units, that are light-weight, durable and offer maximum protection against airborne viruses.
The frame is made of strong 6mm clear acrylic/perspex, making the shield sturdier, while the front shield is made of 0.4mm PET plastic. PET has higher tensile strength and low moisture absorption. It also has superior UV resistance, good optical clarity and has a relative high melting point, which makes it suitable for applications that require sterilisation at high temperatures. We now offer specially laser-cut and engraved plastic ear guards that will hold the mask straps in place, thus easing the pressure on your ears!
